The Second Arab Awakening
Marwan Muasher, former Jordanian Foreign Minister and ambassador to the United States, talked about his book, The Second Arab Awakening: And the Battle for Pluralism, in which he takes a critical look at The Arab Spring and argues that for Arab countries to prosper, they must embrace pluralism. Mr. Muasher spoke at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs in New York City. close
