Federal Communications (FCC) Chair Tom Wheeler talked about some of the big issues before the FCC, including the recent D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals decision on network neutrality. He noted that the court agreed with the FCC’s conclusion that it has jurisdiction over the Internet and said he thinks of it as an invitation to rewrite the FCC’s rule.
