Mr. Taylor said that the bill would give the “legal teeth” to the Bureau of Land Management and the Forest Service to expand opportunities for hunting, fishing, and target shooting on public lands and would prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from restricting lead ammunition and fishing tackle on public lands.
