Members of the presidential Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) testified on the findings of their report on National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance programs. According to the report, the bulk of the NSA’s collection of phone records may be constitutional, but they are not authorized by current law and should probably end. Two members of the PCLOB disagreed with the majority. close
