Dr. Deborah Peel talked about patient privacy laws in light of AOL Chief Executive Officer Tim Armstrong’s controversial decision to cut employee retirement benefits in order to offset increased health insurance costs. Mr. Armstrong later reversed the decision and apologized for remarks linking two women at the company with “distressed babies” to its rising health care costs. close
