National Governors Association Chair Mary Fallin (R-OK) and Vice Chair John Hickenlooper (D-CO) briefed reporters after a meeting of the National Governors Association with President Obama and Vice President Biden at the White House. Several other governors spoke on topics including transportation funding, defense cuts, and health care.
