Paul Kengor, political science professor at Grove City College, talked about his book, 11 Principles of a Reagan Conservative, in which he presents his thoughts on what it means to be a “Reagan conservative.” In his book, the author identifies eleven principles that he contends the late president possessed and defined his conservatism, from lower taxes and individualism to American exceptionalism.
