Politico health care reporter Kyle Cheney spoke by telephone about a House measure that would make changes to the definition of full-time work under the Affordable Care Act. He said that an effect of the 2010 health care law was to encourage part-time work. Mr. Cheney said the measure had some Union and House Democratic support even though the White House had issued a veto threat against the measure. close
