Rev. Fauntroy, former delegate to the House of Representatives from the District of Columbia, spoke at the fourteenth annual national training conference of Blacks in Government. His address focused on the economic strengths and weaknesses of black communities. Following his prepared remarks, Rev. Fauntroy answered questions from the audience. Rev.
