President Obama hosted an Easter prayer breakfast in the White House East Room. He talked about the previous day’s mass shootings at two Jewish facilities in Overland Park, Kansas, and that nobody should have to fear for their safety as they pray. He also spoke about his visit the previous month with Pope Francis. Joel Hunter gave prayers and the Children of the Gospel Choir of the Washington Performing Arts Society sang. close
