Doug Fine talked about his book, Hemp Bound: Dispatches from the Front Lines of the Next Agricultural Revolution, in which he discusses the reincorporation of hemp into the U.S. economy. Mr. Fine argued that with the relaxation of attitudes towards marijuana and the many known uses of hemp, the latter will soon become a booming billion-dollar industry. In his book, he profiles people around the country who were perfecting new uses for the hemp plant in anticipation of federal legalization. Mr. Fine spoke at Tattered Cover Book Store in Denver, Colorado. close
