Michele Leonhart testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on oversight of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). She said the agency was very concerned that marijuana would be moved from states that have legalized it, such as Colorado, to neighboring states. She also said that the agency opposed legalization of marijuana. close
