Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chair Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) talked about the potential for future cyber conflicts and possible cybersecurity legislation. Senator Chambliss predicted that some future conflicts might be computer-based and would not necessarily involve ground troops. He also spoke about cybersecurity legislation that he was drafting with the committee chair, Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA), saying it was close to being completed but differences remained.
