Uncertain Justice Laurence Tribe talked about his book, Uncertain Justice: The Roberts Court and the Constitution, in which he argues that the Supreme Court under Justice John Roberts was quietly rewriting constitutional law in areas such as free speech, privacy, voting rights, and presidential power.
