President Obama spoke at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, Minnesota, about the U.S. economy and his proposals such as raising the minimum wage. He asked for Republicans in Congress to work with him on immigration reform and to present ideas that would create jobs and help the middle class. Following his speech he answered questions from invited guests on various topics, including student loans, gun violence, climate change, and sequestration.
