Iraqi Ambassador to the U.S. Lukman Faily spoke about the future of Iraq. Ambassador Faily said his country desperately needed more American military assistance. He also said that because of increased violence from the militant group ISIS*, turning down help from neighboring countries such as Iran and Russia was hard.
