Jen Psaki briefed reporters and responded to questions on a variety of international issues. She reiterated that the investigation into the passenger plane, Malaysa Airlines MH17, shot down in Ukraine was in progress and that the administration would not pre-judge ahead of its completion even though they did not believe it was an accident. She said that while at least one person with dual citizenship died in the crash, no passengers used U.S. passports to board the plane. Ms. Psaki also discussed that weeken’s Iranian nuclear negotiations deadline. She said the U.S. team in Vienna was discussing what an extension would look like with Iranian officials. close
