B’nai B’rith International sponsored a forum entitled, “Hate Crimes to Reproductive Rights: How the Changing Profile of the Supreme Court Affect Constitutional Protections,” during its convention in Washington, DC. Mr. Savage and Mr. Seidman discussed recent nominees and confirmations to the Supreme Court and recent decisions by the Court and speculated on future decisions concerning constitutional rights.
