“Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technology (SAFETY) Act” was a breakout session of the Ninth Annual Homeland Security Law Institute held by the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center August 21-22, 2014.
