General Perkins presented the new Win in a Complex World: Unified Land Operations Concept. He explained that the Army no longer fought a well-known enemy in a well-known place, but instead had to be prepared for an enemy that was proficient at avoiding U.S. strengths and used tactics such as blending into the general populace. After his presentation he was interviewed by Jason Campbell and responded to questions from members of the audience.
