Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt talked about Oklahoma’s lawsuit challenging the tax credits and subsidies in the federal-run health care exchanges, Halbig v. Burwell (originally known as Halbig v. Sebelius). Oklahoma won its argument in U.S. District Court that the Obama administration overreached when the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ruled tax subsidies could be extended to federal-run health exchanges.

This was the closing keynote address of the Cato Institute event, “Pruitt, Halbig, King & Indiana: Is ObamaCare Once Again Headed to the Supreme Court?” close
