Attorney General Eric Holder and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy announced a settlement in a case dealing with greenhouse gas emissions requirements under the Clean Air Act. Under the agreement Hyundai and Kia would be fined $100 million dollars for violating the Clean Air Act.
