The Friends of the National World War II Memorial and the National Park Service held a Veterans Day ceremony to pay tribute to the more than 16 million men and women who served with the U.S. armed forces during World War II. The U.S. Navy Band Brass Quintet played, and World War II veterans laid wreaths for all of the branches of the U.S. Military. close
