The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee met to mark up a bill requiring federal regulatory approval of the Keystone XL Pipeline. Only two amendments were heard, and no others were submitted. Senator Portman (R-OH) withdrew his amendment and Senator Murkowski (R-AK) promised it will be considered and debated on the floor. Senator Sanders' (I-VT) amendment was tabled for floor debate as well. close
