Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) spoke about U.S. policy toward Iran. The senator, a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, talked about Iran’s nuclear and territorial ambitions, and criticized what he called the “sham nuclear negotiations.” He called for imposing new sanctions and making the U.S. military threat more credible. He was followed by a panel discussion with analysts who further discussed Iran as well as U.S. policy toward Cuba and North Korea.
