Admiral Paul Zukunft talked about the role of the Coast Guard in the 21st century. He spoke about the Coast Guard’s strategies for the western hemisphere, the arctic, cyber challenges, and the environment. Admiral Zukunft acknowledged the budget constraints he was working with, but said he was optimistic that the Coast Guard would get the funding it needed. close
