Witnesses testified at a House Science, Space, and Technology Committee hearing on research and development performed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the area of unmanned aircraft systems, also known as drones, and their integration into the National Airspace System (NAS). During the testimony, drone flight was demonstrated twice inside the hearing room. close
