Loretta Lynch testified about her nomination for U.S. attorney general and her qualifications for the position. Among the topics she addressed were immigration, National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance programs, tensions between local law enforcement and communities, presidential executive orders, and the type of relationship she hoped to have with Congress. Ms. Lynch was introduced by New York Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer. close
