Josh Earnest responded to questions from reporters on a variety of topics, including Homeland Security funding, President Obama’s response to the address earlier in the day by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to a joint meeting of Congress, and former Secretary of State Clinton using a personal electronic mail account instead of a government account while she was secretary.
