Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), a member of the Senate Armed Services and Intelligence committees, said that defense should be the first priority, criticizing the current regime in Iran and the growing threat of extremism in the world. He added that the biggest threat to national security was a nuclear-armed Iran. He was briefly interrupted by Code Pink protestors dressed in colonial costumes.
