National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Director John Howard testified at a hearing on the bill to reauthorize the World Trade Center Health Program and the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. Then Dr. Udasin, a principal investigator with the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Programa, and two former New York City police officers police officers with illnesses that resulted from working at the World Trade Center site in lower Manhattan testified about why the program was still needed. close
