House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) briefed reporters on the agenda of House Republicans, and took their questions on a variety of issues, including the pulling of the fiscal 2016 Interior and Environment Spending Bill over disagreement on Confederate flags amendments. Speaker Boehner said the issue of the Confederate battle flag should be discussed in a broad way, and that the amendment vote would not happen until a resolution was found.
