Norbert Michel and Julia Gordon talked about the fifth anniversary of President Obama signing the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform and Consumer Protection Act on July 21, 2010. The law was an effort to more closely regulate Wall Street in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis. Topics included efforts to restrict or expand the provisions of the law.
