Governors met with Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell to discuss the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in the states. Topics included rural treatment availability and shifting payment models. Secretary Burwell also announced that HHS would be making available $100 million in grants to combat opioid abuse.
