An American flag handmade by Holocaust survivors was donated to the U.S. Holocaust Museum by the family of Sergeant Donald Hall, a member of the U.S. Army’s 83rd Infantry, which liberated the prisoners. The flag was made by survivors of the camp and given to Sergeant Hall as a gift. close
