Panel Discussion on History and Biography

Panelists talked about their books and about the process of writing both history and biography. The panel is moderated the University of Mississippi’s Curtis Wilkie. The panelists were: former Governor Haley Barbour (R-MS), author of America’s Great Storm: Leading Through Hurricane Katrina; Don Thompson, author of Stennis: Ploughing a Straight Furrow; Stuart Stevens, author of The Last Season: A Father, a Son, and a Lifetime of College Football; Dennis Mitchell, author of A New History of Mississippi, and Minion K.C. Morrison, author of Aaron Henry of Mississippi: Inside Agitator.
