Independent presidential candidate Ross Perot spoke to supporters in the Grand Kempinski Hotel in Dallas on election night, shortly after early returns projected the victory of Democratic Governor Bill Clinton of Arkansas. Mr. Perot honored his supporters for creating a political movement, and after dancing with his wife and daughters to “Crazy,” Mr. Perot congratulated Gov. Clinton for his victory, and urged his supporters to work together to improve the country. close
