Stuart Butler, Vice President of the Heritage Foundation, Tom Atwood also of The Heritage Foundation and author Eric Feltan discussed necessary changes to be made in the American political system and policy structure to further the conservative cause following the 1992 election, including the areas of education and health care. Mr. Butler spoke on “The Policy Agenda in Washington,” Mr. Atwood spoke on “Conservative Opportunities in the States,” and Mr. Feltan spoke on “Congressional Reform: Dethroning the Imperial Congress.” Following their prepared remarks, the speakers responded to questions from members of the audience. close
