Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Chairman Evan Kemp discussed the current state of civil rights in America in 1992, and civil rights issues of concern during the Bush presidency and the upcoming Clinton presidency. He defended the work of the EEOC during the past administration, and the legacy of the civil rights movements of the 1960's. Following his remarks, Mr. Kemp responded to questions from the audience. close
