Representatives of AIDS awareness organizations spoke in a news conference to announce the release of a report of their recommendations for AIDS-related policies in the Clinton presidential administration and an AIDS agenda for the 103rd Congress. Members of the National Organizations Responding to AIDS, an umbrella organization for several smaller AIDS awareness groups, had met with Clinton presidential transition officials earlier in the day. close
