House Republican leaders spoke in a news conference to announce their introduction of a lawsuit against the clerk of the House and delegates to the House of Representatives claiming the House rules legislation passed on January 5 by the House is unconstitutional. The legislation would allow delegates to the House of Representatives to vote in the committee of the whole. Current House rules allow delegates to vote in committees only. close
