The International Trade Commission heard testimony from witnesses in a public hearing on the global competitiveness of the U.S. civil aircraft industry. Witnesses, which included representatives of the aerospace industry and airline industry associations, spoke on government regulation of the airline industry and procedures. The International Trade Commission would submit a report on the U.S. aircraft industry to the Senate Finance Committee later in the year. close
