Tim Kraft talked about the history of the Iowa caucuses. Mr. Kraft was the Iowa caucus campaign manager for Jimmy Carter in 1976 and national campaign manager in 1980. Mr. Kraft told the story of President Carter’s Iowa victory and compared the 1976 campaign to more recent Iowa caucuses.
