Colonel Steven Warren briefed reporters at the Pentagon from Baghdad on the latest military actions against ISIL* and showed a map and unclassified silent videos of air strikes. Colonel Warren responded to questions on a Russian military plane that was shot down by Turkey near Turkey’s border with Syria. He confirmed that Turkey did issue 10 warning to the Russian plane by radio.
