British House of Commons Debate on Combating ISIS in Syria The British House of Commons debated whether the U.K. should launch airstrikes against ISIS* in Syria. Several members who opposed the motion said a strategy was needed before deciding action. This three-hour portion of the debate includes speeches by the Prime Minister, Labour Party Leader Jeremy Corbyn and Scottish National Party Parliamentary Leader Angus Robertson.
