Michael Botticelli, director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), and other federal officials testified at a hearing on the reauthorization of ONDCP and the agency’s efforts to coordinate drug control policy and spending. In addition, the hearing analyzed their efforts in addressing illicit drug abuse and treatment and the misuse of prescription drugs. Director Botticelli urged Congress to reauthorize the ONDCP and its programs. close
