In this interview Representative Robert G. Torricelli(D-NJ) spoke about the conflict in former Yugoslavia. He stated that he would not support U.S. ground troops in the region and feared the consequences of the such a policy. He also mentioned that any action by the administration would invoke the War Powers Act and would necessitate Congressional approval. close
