She died Sunday, March 6, 2016, at her home in Los Angeles at the age of 94.
Many dignitaries attended the ceremony, including fIrst lady Michelle Obama; former President George W. Bush; former fIrst ladies Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, and Rosalynn Carter; and celebrities from Hollywood, journalism, and politics. Eulogists included former NBC News anchor Tom Brokaw, former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, and Nancy Reagan’s children Patti Davis and Ron Reagan, who all shared their personal stories and remembrances of the former first lady.
The program begins with more than an hour of arrivals at the service.
