Representatives of the Federal Communications Commission spoke in a workshop for the new cable television regulations recently introduced by the FCC. The staffers discussed the 450 page document containing the regulations which came out ten days earlier, and responded to questions from members of the audience on the regulations. The regulations are intended to promote competition among cable operators and reduce cable television rates for the general public. close
