Lower the Vote, Raise America was one of the second-prize high school east division winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. The video was produced by Joanne Ha and Sarina Matson, tenth graders at Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland. The local cable provider was Comcast.
